This is a free program in conjunction with Michigan Sea Grant. It is very important for our captains to understand the new U.S.C.G. rules and regulations pertaining to testing. It is imperative you folks understand what’s going on before you get out on the water this year.

I’m told there is plenty of room.
Also, captains, please check your e-mail REGULARLY. This is MCBA’s best means of maintaining regular contact with our membership. Only 92 captains out of 379 opened and read the last E-Blast! Effective immediately, MCBA will send an E-Blast every 10 days to update members on what is taking place in the marine community that affects them in some manner.
